Food Tracker & Activity Tracker This is probably the coolest site I have come across in a while. It will track your calories from day to day in regards to your food and activity. Check it out!

Runner's World Magazine Excellent resource for runners and non-runners a like. A wealth of information!

How to Buy Food I know it sounds silly, but you'd be surprised what you don't know.

MyPyramid.gov Nutritional information. How much of what should you be eating? Find information regarding serving sizes as well as recommended daily nutritional information.

HealthStatus.com Another good site with a handful of calculators and estimators.
